The pay was decent and benefits Co workers were awesome Distant to and from work was great

Cons

No management support No respect Treated like garage in the street Training was not what they said when interviewed. Upper management had no backbone only told you what you wanted to hear. Never fixed a problem. High turnover rate HR was biased for management didn’t take complaints seriously Slave drivers. No opportunity for growth. No raises No appreciation
