Don't bother looking for pros here, You're talents will surely be put to waste because of the CEO's inability to reward employees that are deserving of praise.

Cons

Management is useless, they have no idea what they are doing, yet have the audacity to pretend as if they're superior to employees. CEO is awful at running this company, rewarding and promoting useless individuals that bring nothing to the company, other than perhaps having pleasant personalities.
