The job is stable You get nice experience Medical benefits is good

Cons

The turnover rate is really high Lack of manpower all the time Management isnt 100% The only people working there are mostly old-timers not many younger people in this department You need to run around alot workload is heavy The shifts change every week night/morning/afternoon and i couldnt adapt and wasnt able to get sleep

Pros

Ground handling staffs have no 1 Hour meal break in their service. The meal break if given is unpaid. If there is no meal break during your shift it’s non as Nil break which computes as normal working hours. Imagine doing 8 -12 hour shifts staggered within 24 hr everyday . And paid minimum wage basic salary equivalent. Meals at your own cost and usually along transit and 7 eleven as most available enroute your duties.
