- Flexible - Able to interact with lots of tourist from all walks of life - Exposure to different cultures -Work with friends

Cons

- Team leader management not professional - They do not care whether the team leaders are well trained or not, team leaders are mainly chose based on connections which will lead to alot of complications of teamwork and knowledge - Hard to get shifts due to non-peak period
