there's lot of events going on means more jobs opportunity get salaried on time. Nice working environment.

Cons

sometimes manpower can be alittle lean for mega events, have to double up or multi tasking at the same time. Sometimes use agency staff, hard to control. them.

The makcik selling nice nasi padang at the canteen. And flexible work hours.

Cons

They really discriminate between part-timers and full timers. They act like flexis are beneath them. They discuss work among themselves and scolded us flexis when we are not updated or unaware. It is like us flexis are invisible except when they need urgent help. Very toxic place.
