They treat the foreigners and part timers too good Full time staff they treat like slave because: Politics Favoritism Planners are foreigners - unfair deployment : abuse of power/discrimination on those with aged and sickly (MC). Everyday deploy you under direct hot sun for extended hours cause health to deteriorate. They have no regards towards your well-being instead blame you for not taking care of your health Many long term light duty APO doing office work. Taiwanese and Malaysians (foreigners) monopolize the place
