Generally, a chill environment unless you are assigned to work with baggage handler managers who micromanage you. - Good working culture ig, though there might be colleagues who micromanage you as well.

- may encounter managers who micromanage you. - need to work overtime on most days due to environment being short-staffed.

Relatively good rate for part-timers. Team Leaders are generally easy to work with.

Cons

Despite going through events after events, manpower planning remains an issue. Inflated working hours when schedules were received, however, hours are shorten during event day. Happened many times, unacceptable when asked to end shift 1 to 1.5 hrs earlier. Deduction of meal breaks hours are not transparent. Need to check payslips to determine how many hours of meal breaks were deducted. Raised the issue and suggested a simple resolution how to solve this problem but the person handling did not want to share his/her name. Could not move forward the discussion.
