      A good stepping stone company. Very niche job scopes as company is a MNC.

      Cons

      Managers may be micromanaging sometimes and not tactful. Gossipy colleagues. Suggest more flexible work arrangements. Not much progression in the company, will need to wait more than usual for a promotion. Efforts may not be recognised by your superiors. Company benefits are not competitive as compared to market.
