- People are largely nice and helpful - Job can be stressful especially in the beginning but enjoyable too - SATS and CAG discounts within the airport are not bad

Cons

- Pay is low; not in line with the skills and knowledge of staff - Not much growth opportunities -- unless you want to change to a totally different department and role

when stop working part time , want us to travel all the way to return our card, does not make sense, they can just terminate the staff. what if i want to start working there again, I have to go through the whole process to get the card again??
