Very structure organisation. Pay overtime and shift allowances.

Cons

The job includes lots of overtime and shift work. They do pay for allowances and overtime at 1.5x rate but daily average working hours is 12-13hrs!

salary below market rate. low yearly increment. career progression very slow. does not encourage and support employees to further studies.
