Randstad sourceright really does mean when they say that they foster an environment throughout the organization of a well balance work home-life from the top down . it's very refreshing and in my opinion, encourages team to deliver better results in the long run...

Cons

You are dealing with two employees in a job share... If the employees are not compatible,fail to share a work style, keep co-workers and customer uninformed and uncomfortable with two approaches, you are ultimately responsible for dealing with the job share partners.

A great environment to work in. Helpful colleagues. Well managed and efficient management team.

Cons

Must be always attentive as there will be constant changes. It is a key to monitor flight operation closely. Problems are constantly being raised, must be very patient to solve the issues. Small mistakes can have big repercussions .
