Benefits are nice, expect when you’re under Probation/ Bond Period Time flies Faster when it’s busy Free transport for Both Morning/Night

Cons

One mistake, All the people will talk about you ( No Joke ) There is actually no bonding in colleagues Salary wise, is too less actually ( FnB can earn more than being a CSA ) Salary will deduct if you received a complain 😌

Pros

Good insight to the aviation industry. Many opportunities to be rotated between divisions. Good place for a fresh grad to start his career. Look nice on CV. It's a good stepping stone to CAG or the airlines. Able to access to restricted areas of the airport with the airport pass.

Cons

Career progression is slow. Increment is low. Long wait to reach manager grade. Leave once you realize you are not the "favourites". Good luck to you an ex army officer parachutes into senior management. He'll bring his buddies along and you can wait long long for your promotion. Don't be surprised to see that the staff are either very new to the company or long timers. Many who served 5 to 8 years like me became frustrated and left. Sick of seeing people trying to suck up to the CEO. There are many Chelsea "supporters" there as Alex Hungate is a Chelsea FC fan.
