Family oriented, good colleagues, friendly people. Not cut throat. Good environment to be working in.

Certain bureaucracy to jump through as with any large organizations. Can be slow at times.

Pros

Working hours were very flexible - I got to choose my available time slots, its a relatively fun job once you get the hang of it (since its not exactly difficult). occasionally you might meet some obnoxious passengers that will spoil your day but I guess that's part of the experience :)

Cons

High turnover (for my class I think like 4 out of 13 trainees were left after the first few days of on-job training), I can't speak for everyone but I had my fair share of unfriendly colleagues at the start (like for some reason some of the old-timers really like picking on new comers??).
