Pros

Lots of spare time during lulls. Can be quite methodical at times. Collegues are nice and usually easy to work with.

Cons

Very hectic during busy periods, seemingly always under-staffed. You will encounter a variety of situations that training does not cover, so a lot of on the job learning, but won't be too hard. (this is either good or bad depending on how you see it, some like it cos not so monotonous)

Colleagues and immediate bosses are some of the nicest people met.

Cons

Bad HR which likes to Low-ball candidates. Benefits and other terms not as per discussed during pre-signing stage. Better to ask for black & white from HR. Top-heavy organisation with some really redundant heads. A organisation that appears forward-looking in digitalisation and organisational improvement but still has a stick-in-a-mud kind of mentality for many in key positions.
