Pros

They pay u on time. Staff price when u go to their canteen which costs 2-3$ for almost everything.

Cons

You will need to work for 12hours a day (The HR may sugarcoat and tell u it is 8hours or above, but it is actually mandatory). Day and night shift. When u are a foreigner, u will be assigned to a more 'challenging' posts. You will need to please your senior officers/superiors by buying them cakes to make your life easier.

Working colleagues. Despite long hours our bond are strong. Good ot money and love the enviroment .

Cons

Low salary and increment .the union sucks more to supporting the management than the voice of the staff . Management is too disorganize and lack emphaty for staff welfare. You make a mistake off you go
