Laid back. No pressure to complete work. No deadlines LOLLLLLL Work life balance is 99-1, in favour of life

Cons

No progression. Very very high turn over rates across all levels and departments. Pay is truly ridiculous.

Company is quite a big name in Singapore, is a recognizable company to be part of.

Cons

Some bosses expect you to be on call and respond no matter at what time. Also, renumeration for staff who have been in the company for many years is very far from what external hires get.
