- Flexible working hours - Plenty of free time in between flights - Many opportunities to talk with travellers - Staff are generally nice to each other - Staff discount in restaurants (HUGE!!!)

- Night shifts most likely need to OT - It gets REALLY busy during peak season - Fewer opportunities to deepen relationship with colleagues since everyone's timetables are different
