- Friendly and helpful department colleagues that will support one another :’) - lots of opportunities to learn

Cons

- Below average pay - Not much employee benefits - Distance - travel of up to 2 hours depending on where you stay, made worse by the lack of WFH - Organisation outlook isn’t great imo
