Pros

Great work environment, had some great colleagues and generally had a good time working. Working under a budget airline meant I got to experience everything from check-in to boarding the flight. Held the airport pass, which gave me good discounts on food and shopping. Free bus transportation if you end work beyond a certain timing.

Cons

Long working hours. More stressful job as you have to be vigilant in all aspects be it check-in (visa) to boarding (offload missed flight passenger's baggage) and ensuring the flight departs on time. You may also be assigned to do a lot of flights in a day and schedule is very packed. Some management staff at the airline counter is not very helpful and asks employees to deal with any on-site issues themselves while they cower away from angry passengers demanding answers from check-in agents who don't have the answer.
