Pros

Can see planes taking off and landing so if that's your thing Cheap canteen food

Cons

Pay is pathetic with few increments. Promotion is based on how many points you can score with the bosses, not on actual effort. There is no teamwork. Culture here is to focus on scoring points with management and pushing responsibilities. Feel free to stay in sats if you are 1) near retirement or 2) favored by the management. Look elsewhere if you are serious in progressing your career
