The SHIFT is totally the main concern of the job other than that, your job is just straight forward.

Good money. You can easily hit 4k a month with OT.

Cons

Long working hours Bad management who don't listen to feedbacks Slow career progression. I've seen officers who are nearly 50years of age with 10-20years of service in the company but only holding a corporal rank.
