Used to be a good place to work

Pros

Unionized facility, 4 days work week, relatively easy tasks, 4 weeks PTO plus stats, nice people on the floor.

Cons

Terrible management, new facility looks and feels like a jail (no windows), horrible shift hours, lots of OT.

Family oriented culture with empowerment to get things done!

Pros

All of the functional teams are welcoming in the corporate office and plants. Everyone is willing to guide you in your development. Neither leadership nor management teams micromanage but empower you to do your job.

Cons

Because the company is so large, the greatest challenge is learning who all the players are in each area. Everyone has been helpful in providing direction though.
