      HEAVILY RACISM. Saputo is heavily obsessed with seniority but the only reason people have seniority is because they bully and harass every new employee that comes in, forcing them to quit. Every new Black employee I've seen is fired after a week, it's even become a locker room joke. Lastly don't even bother applying for shred department, at the rate it keeps losing workers because of the horrible conditions, I hear it's on the verge of shutting down completely. I'd say good, just let it be gone.
