      Pros

      Awesome culture, treated like family. The benefits are hard to find anywhere else. Room for growth and advancement.

      Cons

      Yearly merit increases are not very much. The pay could be better for this industry.

      Pros

      Pay is good. Only 4 day weeks , 9.5 hour shifts. Co workers are a great bunch.

      Cons

      Little to no work when you're first hired. 2000 hours to pass probation, they don't need a reason to let you go before this is up. Schedule is only one week in advance so planning anything is difficult.
