      The world support teams are a wonderful group of people.

      Cons

      What is the Saputo way? It's a way for the company to either let you rise or fall depending on their personal opinion. The fish stinks from the head, especially the US execs, Corporate department leaders, and some support. They're allowed to be bullies and talk down to you, even threaten to get you fired, and when you try to defend yourself, you're the problem. Even if you go to HR, especially the director, it gets swept under the rug.

      Always busy, worked with a great team, compensation and benefits were great.

      Cons

      Treated like a number, no career growth training, lack of communication, and no collaboration between corporate and company. Also expected to have company phone on you 24/7 and 2nd and 3rd shift availability.
