      Pros

      Decent wage/raises and benefits. Do not work more than three days in a row if you are on the 12hr shift schedule (unless short staffed).

      Cons

      Do not expect any holidays or random days off due to weather the plant is strictly 24hrs. High turnover rate and constantly short staffed. You will have to deal with a lot of different personalities (most not good). Blame culture, no one accepts accountability.
