      management is horrible, culture is toxic and low moral

      401K program is good, not vesting schedule, the company match is pretty good

      Cons

      Lack of management, I had several different managers in three months. It's a very toxic culture, inner circle group, either in or not. No growth opportunity or space, lack of training. They talk one thing and do another.
