Pros

-As the production facility being an old plant with a lot of renovation projects on the go, there was always something to learn and keep busy doing.

Cons

-From day one it was clear that safety is not a priority and the FLRA's you will complete are purely to throw you or your colleagues under the bus if an incident occurs. -Sops, Loto procedures, constructive feedback, job scope/planning - just some of the things that will get you looked at weird if you ask about them. ("That's how its always been done") -You'll routinely be directed to perform work you don't have the training or certification for and management will get annoyed with you if you request any training. - The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing when it comes to HR/Management, there is a maintenance handbook as part of the "onboarding process" and when I asked about it, they essentially threatened to take it away. The last time it was updated is in 2013 - Communication from management was seriously lacking. the manager, supervisor (before he jumped ship), and superintendent - if they were even available, were pretty unapproachable.
