      good people to work with and it was a pretty easy job to do

      Cons

      12-hour rotating shifts, every other weekend. management sometimes didn't communicate well.

      Schedule flexibility Pay is okay A few trusted employees

      Cons

      It's adult day care No room for growth - people are stuck in dead end jobs Upper management is weak People with no clue or experience make decisions that affect your department There is no accountability Certain departments "work" from home still and make it impossible for the rest of us to be effective and successful Different rules apply to each department
