      Very team spirit with steady pace great benefits flexible scheduling and awesome opportunities great pay descent job in Decatur Alabama

      Cons

      In very few occasions co workers wouldn’t show for work so the least seniority person would have to stay and work a 12hour shift

Saputo truly cares about their employees and listens to their ideas and concerns. Constantly changing to stay in front of customer demands. Highly innovative. Highly invested in Continuous Improvement and utilize all resources to help improve processes.

      Jobs can be demanding of both your time and energy (what rewarding job isn't though). Could benefit from a better/more organized idea sharing practice between different plants across the globe.
