If you know how to follow a schedule, you can work easily without being bothered. Most employees are great people.

Cons

Salaries are crappy. They don't care whether you're a good employee or not; they'll fire you. Also, they stick to mediocre personnel and aren't capable of recognizing their mediocrity.
