      Pros

      * Very friendly work environment. Great people. * Lots of opportunities for professional/personal growth. * Good incentives to make your teams grow.

      Cons

      * Not all client projects are technologically challenging. * They only hire "Senior" devs. Which isn't necessarily a con, but I think it's worth mentioning.
