      Pros

      The HR department works hard to create and maintain the company's culture as well as a good working environment. They do dynamics and events to promote the bonds between people. Interesting projects and open-mindedness towards innovation and continuous improvement.

      Cons

      The only one I can think of is that you are part of a team external to the client and that often makes the job more difficult, but it still depends a lot on the client and their openness.

      This is one of the best companies in the corporate world. There is a good environment. Companies take care of employees and provide good security and also provide a good opportunity to build our careers and develop skills and experience. So, a very good scope is there in the future.

      Cons

      I have been with the company long enough to admit that I do not find anything that I could consider negative. What's more, I can only mention good things. So in my point of view, definitely one of our leading companies in our country.
