      Pros

      Excellent group of people, the work environment is amazing. I worked for a year, even it was not a very long time, I made several friends. There are always opportunities of learn, trainings, trips, grow etc. The customer I worked for was a big one, it allowed me to learn a lot. I worked with great professionals in santex. Opportunities to move among different projects, some projects are really interesting.

      Cons

      You can get a better rate if you work directly for a start up, but it implies smaller projects and techs
