The S4 (head of) has no strategy or plan. Has a very 1980s approach writing pages and pages of notes but offering zero solutions and often being the blocker in the way of progress. Its pretty much a face fits culture with the S4 and sadly above her they turn a blind eye to it. Zero diversity as the S4 doesn't even speak with anyone outside of the friends she has made or brought in. Work is not given on merit. Most colleagues spend a year or two get exposure to other business areas and leave. This is costing the business alot of the money with the constant churn and constantly on boarding.

call center work is soul destroying not santanders fault but still They were always understaffed so calls were non stop Working from home is ok for my bosses bosses bosses boss but not for me when my role actually suffers being in an office with 40 other people all talking at the same time which cost me nearly 10k a year in lost time when measured at santanders hourly pay rate in travel time.
