      Pros

      Products sold are good. Some of the old employees are good but district executive in SSC has no idea what he's doing.

      Cons

      Sales culture trumps ethics. Men in upper management are sexist. Men with less experience start at a higher rate than women who are better qualified for the same position.

      There are no advantages to working here. It's just terrible. I could not think any less of this pathetic excuse for a company.

      Cons

      Terrible company. Broken systems. No communication. Poor pay. Terrible customer service. Failed federal audit. They will undoubtedly fail as a bank in the United States.

      IT GRC Extreme Turnover

      Pros

      Professional development was strongly discouraged. It's not Santander it's IT GRC. Training literature from professional organizations or external training could not be shared. Yes you read that correctly. Or the manager with many certifications would slap you on the wrist. That happened twice. That alone solidified my decision to leave. Extreme unprofessionalism. It was hard to focus on work concerned about who from management would backstab next. Initially you never knew where the fables were coming from, but ultimately you didnt care. You just wanted out. Middle and top management supported the unprofessionalism and oiled it's wheels. It was so tiring it took twice as much effort just to search for another job. The door out of IT GRC was like a fan at it's highest setting.

      Cons

      Ridiculously poor management. Extremely high Turnover. Very unprofessional.
