Unfair treatment and lacks respects for employee
Pros
The one good thing about the company use to be the starting pay but they have lowered that in the last month and now the are firing the workers for anything and getting low quality people.
Cons
The HR dept does not respect issues from employee, they will assist their management team with wrongful firing.Santander will find any reason and use Texas is at will to fire you .. If one part of management do that like you than they will make it hard for you to transfer or get promoted.. The manager AND AVP's act like spoil children and make up false doc to get you written up or fired.. This company will not be in business long because what goes around comes around. They tell lies after lies and can never admit when they are wrong. None of the AVP know how to handle their titles.. It's goes to their heads... You would think they own the company.
