Pros

Very few pros - Products are great due to the structure of how customers can maintain accounts with us - Incentives have areas of really making great revenue streams which trickle down to your overall payout, yet as stated in the cons below, it makes it obscurely harder to reach these goals

Cons

- Banking System = Ancient and a Maze - Bank has bad reputation from previous banking days and makes it much harder to sell the brand itself rather than your skill-set (which should always overcome any branding in general depending on your work ethic) - Position Training is only 10 days (good luck learning all there is to this company in that amount of time) - Lowest Paying Salary Offer of any major bank - Ridiculous amount of paperwork due to lack of investment in new technology - Hiring of inexperienced, by the book (because they only know that), Non-Leadership quality Branch Managers, District Managers, Sales and Service Specialist, etc.

Pros

Corporate Headquarters in US is a great location. Easy to get to.

Cons

No training whatsoever. Must fend for yourself or make friends with a nice person who is willing to tell you what you need to know. Constant management turmoil and flux, and lots of re-assigning people to new jobs and or bosses, with no warning, discussion or employee consideration. You are at their mercy. Facade of management wanting to better employee engagement, but no changes ever made. HR is useless and never protects the employee, only the company. People with children are discriminated against by certain managers, while others with children are afforded flexibility -- no consistency. Some people can work from home while others are not allowed. People do not say "good morning" or "good night". Horrible work space -- people on top of each other with zero privacy to concentrate, hear conference calls or do their daily work. Not enough conference rooms so people have meetings at their desks and disrupt other people. Admin person left, and no one knew how to order supplies and there was a period of no paper for the printers! P constantly Bathrooms disgusting. This bank will probably not be around in the near future.
