      Read this review if you are in retail banking

      Bank holidays, good team members if you are lucky to be surrounded by good people

      Cons

      Training is terrible. No career growth unless you play politics. I was a top performing manager and resigned due to poor management. My manager hired my staff without having them meet me. You have to jump through hoops to get simple business loan requests approved. Technology fails regularly. There are either great or poor people you will work with- no in between. And the good ones leave. They just laid off many retail employees without warning.

      Good coworkers Something to put on your resume Issues seemed to be isolated

      Your role is called "analyst", but you're not there to analyze -- there is a very narrow definition of suspicious that could be easily automated to report the majority of cases AND they ignore other cases that are more complicated. There was a high churn at the time, so be careful if you have seen multiple/chronic postings. That means not much has changed.
