160 hours PTO and 11 government holidays.
Cons
Hybrid work for myself and a few others despite most people being remote. No career prospects. Not had a development or progress meeting to discuss goals in the 3 years I’ve worked here. Poor management with zero check ins with the team. Lack of communication between departments. No pay rise in 3 years. Expected to work well past 5pm during projects (which is regularly). No regard for personal lives of employees.
