Santander continues to face many challenges, including poor financial performance, frequent changes in executive leadership resulting in frequent changes in strategic direction, a significant lack of resources in most areas, high employee turnover, low employee morale and the prospect of failing the regulatory "stress test" for three years in a row.

Abusive environment, Absolutely NO training, management doesn't care about their customers at ALL! I never had so many customers tell me it was the worst customer service on the phone or teller line. I worked in back office and still got complaints for other people. You are not allowed to be sick or have a life.
