      Pros

      Great graduate scheme with a good starting salary. Lot's of exposure to the different tech departments, and lot's of responsiblity is given to graduates from the start. With plenty of interesting projects using the latest tech, it was a highly motivating environment.

      Cons

      Some graduates found it difficult to get placed in the rotations they wanted. There was also a quite a large variation in the projects, it was important to reach your preferred department in advance if you wanted to have a placement there.
