Pros

Santander offers lots of opportunities to recent graduates and mobility within the group is promoted. The firm prides itself with a very particular culture and has plans to build agressively in the coming years. The firm holds a leading position in Commercial and Retail Banking so if you're interested in this field SAN shuld be a no brainer.

Cons

Third tier when it comes to Corporate and Investment Banking, called Global Banking & Markets in the firm, with exception of Spain and Latam where it holds a strong footprint
