The Bank's international presence is key, as long as employees leverages this for global exposure

Cons

Working in a market of growth and transformation, due to non organic growth is challenging and can be disorderly.

Pros

The area that I work has a supportive environment. There scope to move up the ladder and the director has open-door policy and encourages positive and negative feedback.

Cons

The productivity targets are based on numbers only and not customer service. The job can be robotic and employees feel undervalued.

Pros

money feibility flexibility some branches are really nice to work in because of the staff which makes the day go a bit quicker. Other than that there isn't anything else to say.

Cons

there are too many to list. It is a very badly organised company with a lot of backwards procedures that don't help the customers or the staff. Often it is embarrassing to work for Santander because of the poor quality customer service.
