      IT has been a very interesting experience. Lots of learning and interacting with different groups.

      Pros

      strong global banking group with a focus on Europe and Latam. Opportunity to work with some of the regions largest customers.

      Cons

      They have a very vertical structure. Lots of managers. A lot of the decisions are taken in Spain. A lot of managers are Spanish, therefore limiting growth for local employees.

      Pros

      Great Enviroment to work in, you'll learn if your into your job, company is transparent with the client so no big problems with that, as much hours as you could.

      Cons

      not very flexible towards your schedule, not a very family friendly company, not a decent pay-benefit package,had to do long hours do make ends meet .

      Good job flexibility, plenty of freedom, ok work load, development in skills are fine, friendly environment, nice people around you,

      Cons

      poor progression route, work load un-ordered, too many adhoc request, problems are being left and not solved, senior managers stays at status quo without improvement, top boss are not serious at things, not profressional enough
