Cons
The Spanish have no idea how to run a US company (and as it turns out they don't really know how to run a Spanish company either). They prefer to hire layer upon layer of incompetent management from the outside, rather than promote good people from within. The bureaucracy there is as bad as it gets anywhere. To say they have substandard information technology would be paying them a huge compliment. Management ranges from mediocre to completely incompetent. The pay stinks.
