Pros

Its a worldwide known company, which gives you a security feeling in our current crisis enviroment in Spain.

Cons

At least in retail Banking: No salary raise after 4 years (crisis), very low salaries, lots of extra hours non paid, no, or very few carreer aportunities since 2008

Lots of internal opportunities, good work/life balance, seem to have survived the banking crisis due to astute management

Cons

Still issues with the Spanish ownership at times, ruthless in their execution (i.e. if you don't pull your weight, they will know)
