      Pros

      I do love what I do I just like how the company is ran. Getting a consistent paycheck

      Cons

      This is the most ass backwards company that I ever worked for they don't value the quality employee and could care less if you had good skill set its all about how much butt you kiss to move up. We constantly hear about reps getting hired with NO experience. They hardly promote from within and never give raises. They cut your pay then want you to work even harder for less money.

      The location was the only good thing about this company.

      Cons

      All was horrible! This includes management, the office was too political, no promotion, management expected you to work there very late hours or they would hold it against you, benefits, project scheduling and the management position would go to those from Spain.
