Pros
I was very pleased with the financial benefits: The pay was at the top end of the industry standard and I received a very sizeable bonus each year - a full 15% of my salary. The company is extremely well organized and focused primarily on gaining a foothold in the US. Subsequently there is no shortage of work or opportunities to move around to gain more experience within the company.
Cons
Anyone looking for a pat on the back or who requires job well done motivational therapy need not apply. You will be worked hard and in a fairly impersonal manner. Whether this is responsible for the high turnover I couldn't say but certainly the sensitivities of employees was not high on management's list. The cultural difference of working for a Spanish organization takes a little getting used to resulting in much getting lost in translation.
