No planning in place within this organisation with regards to planning future audits. No structured training paths for their employees. This company makes out to be a very professional environment at the interview stages, however, it is very ameratur. The seniors often lie in order to hire new employees, very high staff turnaround within this organisation. Alot of favouritism going on with regards to promotions. Seniors are very lazy and delegate unmanageable workloads to junior staff and take all the credit for the work undertaken and senior often steal ideas from juniors. No onboarding training for new employees who come from non-audit backgrounds. Management say one thing and do the exact opposite.
